Component-Independent Fibre Blending System

The Blending Bin System requires the whole batch to be opened and filled completely into one bin (similar to Mixmaster system). Then the discharging unit travels into the bin, thereby vertically stripping the horizontally stacked batch. Fibers are  being conveyed into a second bin, again in horizontal layers.
The system is especially recommended when severeal carding and / or nonwoven lines are to be fed out of one central opening and blending line.
