Cleanstar-System

The most important savings obtained during yarn production are achieved by reduction in the cost of raw material. This provides cotton spinners with the opportunity to recycle their own waste to best advantage.
The "Clean-star" System will upgrade blow room and card room waste to make it compatible to cotton. With an average total waste of 7% the fiber recovery represents a saving of approx. 3.5% of raw material, to give a quick return of capital investment (ROI).
The "CIean-Star" System operates on a partial vacuum principle and is employed either as an on-line or as an off{ine system, depending on the individual requirements in the spinning mill.
Research and trial, as well as particular experience gained by cotton spinners over many years, prove that all criteria applicable in the manufacture of yarn only show a small difference between the clean raw cotton before carding and the fibers recovered and upgraded by the "Clean Staf' process. lf one considers at the same time that even medium sized spinning mills already generate high material losses when not recycling, then those responsibility will applicate the advantages of fiber recovery achieved with the "Clean-Star" System,
